Hi and thank you for expressing an interest in our show.  Some basic information will be listed below with a link to our application at the end of the page.

Basic Information

Approved applications will be handled on a first-come-first served basis including those who need electric.  Booths will have access to only 1 socket, so plan on bringing extension cords. Displays must be set up absolutely within indicated areas.  Goods/displays must not block the aisles & all animals must be restrained in order to follow fire code. Set up will start the Friday before the show at 2 - 7pm & Saturday at 7am with the show opening at 9am.  We do ask that you please move your vehicle after unloading so that other vendors may have the same accessibility.  Vendor fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received before April 15.  Vendors are also encouraged to donate an item for door prizes.  The event will not be canceled/rescheduled due to weather.  A vendor packet will be given to you when you sign in.  This will include name badge(s) & a camp parking pass if you choose this option.  The UVFF & its producers reserve no responsibility for theft, injury or death, or anything that may happen to any animal or the the theft, damage, or loss of exhibitor property.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via this website.

We are looking forward to hosting a really wonderful event & hope that you can be part of it.
